A West London HVAC studio, built on the human side of clean air.

Making clean, fresh air accessible for everyone.
We’re a small, sharp team founded in West London in 2022. We started Calmbreeze because we saw a gap between how facilities should be managed and how the HVAC industry actually delivers. Reactive maintenance. Missed paperwork. Different contractors for every part of the building.
Our answer is straightforward: a single clean-air partner that’s proactive, well-documented, and human to deal with. We treat client relationships as long-term partnerships, not transactions — and we measure ourselves on whether your systems run quietly in the background.
To be the most trusted and innovative clean-air specialists — setting the benchmark for HVAC across West London and beyond.

Stevie founded Calmbreeze after a decade delivering commercial HVAC and compliance programmes across London’s hospitals, universities, food-production sites and hospitality estates. He’s spent his career at the sharp end of the trade — surveying fire dampers at St George’s Hospital, replacing 60 metres of stainless duct on the Maltesers line inside a 10-day shutdown, and building the kind of asset registers auditors actually trust.
That combination — hands-on engineer plus operations lead — is what shapes how we work today: proactive, well-documented, and accountable to a single point of contact.
Every asset, a scan away.
We tag every damper, AHU, extract fan and boiler on your site with a QR code. One scan opens the full service history, drawings, next PPM date and compliance status — for you, your FM team and your auditor.
- QR-scannable equipment records
- Automated PPM reminders (TR/19, BS 9999, F-Gas, TM44)
- Audit-ready compliance reports on demand
- One asset register across all your buildings
A short history.
Founded in West London
A small team with deep HVAC and FM experience set out to build the kind of partner they always wanted: proactive, transparent, and genuinely accountable.

University of Reading rollout
Surveyed, tested and mapped 560 fire dampers across 77 buildings — a five-month, three-campus engagement delivered through term time without disruption.
Net Zero commitment
Published our PPN 06/21-aligned Carbon Reduction Plan, committing to Net Zero by 2050 with interim reductions and supplier engagement.
